Once your GP nominates Landsdowne Pharmacy as your preferred dispenser, your prescriptions arrive automatically. We dispense them and arrange delivery without you needing to do anything.
To set this up, ask your GP surgery to nominate us through the NHS EPS system. It takes under a minute at the reception desk.
Register with us either in person or by calling the pharmacy. We will take your details, confirm your address, and check your GP is connected to EPS.
If your surgery is not yet using EPS, do not worry. We can work with paper prescriptions too.
For repeat prescriptions, your GP sends the prescription directly to us. For new medications, simply drop off or forward your prescription as instructed.
We will confirm receipt and let you know when to expect delivery.
After dispensing, our team personally delivers your prescriptions across Peterborough and surrounding villages, ensuring careful handling.

Most deliveries are completed within one to two working days of your prescription being received and dispensed. We will confirm the expected date when you register.
Yes. As long as you live in one of our delivery areas, we can accept prescriptions from GP surgeries based outside the city, including those connected to NHS EPS.
Our delivery driver will leave a card and attempt redelivery. For controlled drugs, a signature is required, so we will arrange a convenient time with you in advance.
Yes. All patient data is stored and handled in line with NHS confidentiality standards and UK GDPR. Your information is never shared without your consent.
Absolutely. Signing up for delivery does not stop you collecting from the pharmacy. Just let us know if your preference changes and we will update your details.
